Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner facing towards you.
- Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling mixture onto the bottom corner of the wrapper, leaving about 1/2 inch of space on either side.
- Fold the bottom corner up and over the filling, tucking it in tightly to form a roll.
- Fold in the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then continue rolling up the wrapper tightly.
