Qeema Samosa
Qeema Samosas are a popular
snack in South Asian cuisine, particularly in Pakistan and India. They are
triangular-shaped pastries filled with a spiced minced meat mixture, typically
made with ground beef or lamb. The filling is seasoned with spices such as
cumin, coriander, red chili, and turmeric powder, along with onions, garlic,
and ginger paste. The meat mixture is then wrapped in a thin, crispy pastry
shell made with all-purpose flour and water. The samosas are deep-fried until
golden brown and crispy on the outside, while the filling remains moist and
flavorful on the inside. Qeema Samosas are usually served with tamarind or mint
chutney and are a popular snack for parties, festivals, and other social
gatherings.
