Green Mirch Pakora
Green Mirch Pakora is a popular Indian snack that is
made by dipping slit green chilies in a spicy batter made of gram flour and
deep-frying them until crispy and golden brown. The chilies used in this
recipe are usually medium to hot in spiciness, but the heat level can be
adjusted by removing the seeds before stuffing them with the batter.
The batter for Green Mirch Pakora is made by mixing
gram flour with a blend of spices such as red chili powder, cumin powder,
coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Water is added to the mixture to
make a thick batter, which is then used to coat the green chilies before
frying.
Green Mirch Pakora can be served as an appetizer or
snack, and it is often accompanied by chutneys or sauces such as mint chutney,
tamarind chutney, or tomato ketchup. It is a delicious and spicy snack that is
perfect for a rainy day or a gathering with friends and family.
