Boneless Small Cut boti 500gm
Oil 250 gms
Yogurt
Cream/Balai
Salt half tea spoon
Khushq Dhania one
Karahi masala one teaspoon
Black pepper one teaspoon
Zeera one teaspoon
Garam masala one teaspoon
Procedure:
1.Take a pot.
2.Take oil and deep fry chicken 10 to 15 minutes.
3.After Fry access oil separate.
4.One tablespoon Garic and ginger Paste.
5.Green Chali 4 to 5
6.Add tomato 250gms
7.Add half cup water and low flam 6 to 8 minutes. All tomato
is mix well and separate the tomato chilka.
8. Add all masala in the chicken cook 5 to 10 minutes.
9. Add 4 green Chilies.
10. Add Yogurt and Balai half cup.
