Ingredients:
Half kg Beef Mince (lean, 15% fat)
100gm oil
3 medium onions (Cutting)
1 cups water
6 tomato sauce (Cutting it)
4tbs Garlic and ginger paste
1tsbs green chili paste
2 tabs red chili powder
Salt as per
your taste (salt + Aji-No-Moto
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon
black pepper
500gms spaghetti
Soya sauce
1 tabs vinegar
Tomato ketchup
Preparation:
A. Beef mince making
1. Take a pat and put in oil and burn the
stove.
2. Put the onion in the pan.
3. After turn red well, add all the spices and
tomato to it.
4. Find spice well
5. Now put a side this dish
B. Boil the f Spaghetti
1. Fill a pan one third with water
2. Add salt and two tabs oil in this water
3. When water is boil add Spaghetti for
10-12minute.
4. Filter the Spaghetti from water and add cold
water on it this technic separate each other.
C. Main Preparation:
1) Ready beef mince and boiled Spaghetti mix
well.
2) Add two tabs soya sauce and one tabs white
vinegar. This tasty Spaghetti ready to eat.
