Recipie : grease 9 by 5 tin pan with butter
3-4 ripe bananas
1 egg
1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour or bread flour
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
5-6 tablespoons chocolate chips or according to your choice.
Directions: 1- preheat the oven to 325 F
2- mash the bananas with fork. Whisk melted butter, white sugar, brown sugar and bananas together until well blended. Now whisk eggs and vanilla.
3- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt. Add this to banana mixture and stir until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Scrape the batter into the greased tin pan. Bake for about 50-60 mins, until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean. Cool it inside the pan for 10 mins then turn it out to cool completely on a cooking rack.
