𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐀𝐑 𝐆𝐎𝐒𝐇𝐓 Recipe
Today I’m sharing my homemade Achaar Gosht recipe with all my own spices.
Achaar gosht has a spicy and sour taste. It is prepared when meat is cooked with tomatoes, yogurt, and all pickle spices like fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Green chili and red chili are added and meat is cooked according to its type until it’s tenderized properly.
