 Fish soup is best for human health. Fish rich in Vitamin D, B2, phosphorus, calcium, and the best source of minerals just like zinc, mag, and Fe (iron). Also filled omega -3 fatty acids.

American Heart Association recommends for the best diet eat fish two times a week.

Bihari peoples are very keen to eat fish of every type. Therefore, are less sick and always healthy. All hospital Bihari people are not found in my research.

Seafood is eaten in all countries. Some are like a grill, deep fry, curry, and Biryani.

In each style very delicious. Try everyone. Children are also like to eat fish.

1. Spray a giant saucepan with the vegetable cooking spray over medium excessive heat. Add the onions and saute, stirring often, for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and chili powder and saute for two greater minutes.

2. Then add the poultry broth, chile peppers, and cumin, stirring well. Bring to a boil, limit warmness to low, cowl and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Next, add the tomatoes, inexperienced bell pepper, shrimp and cod. Return to a boil, then decrease warmth to low, cowl and simmer for some other 5 minutes. Gradually stir in the yogurt till heated through.
